Blog Update – Finally!

Apologies to all who have visited but found old posts in this blog. Of late, I don’t have time to blog. Most of my updates are done through Facebook, so if you have me on Facebook, you most likely know what is currently happening.

Kids:

  • Raelynne has started kindy since the beginning of school term this year. She’s turning 4 years old in June so currently, she’s 3 years 7 months. She’s in lower kindy and we have placed her in a Chinese speaking class instead of English. So far she’s coping with it well.
  • As for Raelan, he’s coming to 2 years old, currently he’s 1 year 9 months old. Speaking wise, he’s still learning though he has caught up with many words like ket ket (biscuit), no, ter ter (water), up, down, and a few others. I think compared to Raelynne, he’s slightly slower in his vocabulary. Other than that, he likes to climb up and down and climbs on the tv cabinet and kisses the LCD tv!

Family:

  • Not much changes in the family other than we have lived in our condo for about 4 months now. Time past by quite fast. No issues to the new house and everything is working fine. We added a bar counter to the condo in December.
  • We also recently bought a new car, a Kia Forte 1.6, one of Kia’s best designed car ever. It was also awarded car of the year 2009. I vowed not to buy a Proton again (though I know their quality has very much improved now) so ended up with a Kia. In fact, I did consider Perodua Alza as MPV but ended up wasn’t value for money. For the price comparison between Alza and Proton’s Exora, Exora is a better of value for money car. Other cars considered were Honda City and Toyota Vios. Also considered Honda Civic and Toyota Altis but their price range were way beyond my budget and the features were not attractive. Finally ended up buying Kia Forte and it took me 3 days only to decide immediately. So far, its 3 weeks old and I’m happy driving it with no issues (so far).

Other than that, everything is pretty much the same. No changes in other stuff. Work is still the same, busy as ever with more responsibilities. Hopefully I can further catch up with blogging again. Got many photos I have yet to post which I will do soon.
